芪茸保元汤对小鼠慢性肾功能不全治疗作用的实验研究

Experimental Study of Qirong Baoyuan Decoction in Treating Chronic Renal Insufficiency

目的:研究芪茸保元汤对慢性肾功能不全小鼠模型的治疗作用。方法:采用腺嘌呤小鼠灌胃造成动物模型,实验分为正常对照组、模型组、芪茸保元汤小剂量组(13.9 g 生药/kg)和大剂量组(27.8 g 生药/kg),灌胃1个月,测定小鼠体重、肾重量、血清肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)。结果:芪茸保元汤各剂量组能显著降低血清 Cr 和 BUN 水平(P<0.05),大剂量组显著增加动物体重(P<0.05)。结论:芪茸保元汤具有改善模型动物的肾功能的作用。
