中药活血化瘀方治疗大鼠创伤性窒息脑损害的实验研究

Experimental Study of Huoxue Huanyu Recipe in Treating Traumatic Asphyxia of Cerebral Impairment

目的:评价中药活血化瘀方对创伤性窒息脑损害的治疗效果。方法:建立大鼠创伤性窒息脑损害的动物模型,应用活血化瘀方治疗,观察海马 CA1区神经元形态学改变,计算机图像分析神经元数目的变化;用 Morris 水迷宫进行学习记忆功能测定。结果:创伤性窒息脑损害7、14、30 d 海马神经元数量减少,中药治疗组能改善其病理损害;中药治疗后大鼠的学习记忆能力在治疗14、21、30 d 明显提高,而在3、7 d 差异无显著性。结论:中药活血化瘀方对创伤性窒息脑损害有较好的治疗效果,为该病的治疗提供了一个新的方法。
