复方血栓通胶囊对实验性犬缺血心肌的保护作用

Protective Effect of Composite Xueshuantong Capsule on Ischemic Myocardium in Dogs

目的:复方血栓通胶囊的功效为活血化淤、益气养阴,既往多用于眼科疾患,但临床也有扩大运用于心血管系统疾病的报道。为了证实其药理作用,我们观察了该药对实验性犬缺血心肌的保护作用。方法:采用结扎冠状动脉左前降支的方法复制急性心肌缺血模型。实验过程中取静脉血检测 SOD、MDA、乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)等生化指标。结果:血栓通高、低剂量组血浆 SOD 活性均显著高于缺血组(结扎30min 后由缺血组的204.3 U/ml 分别上升至254.1、246.8 U/ml),与对照组和地奥组差异无显著性;其血浆 MDA、乳酸含量及 LDH 活性均显著低于缺血组(结扎30 min 后 MDA 由缺血组的5.84μmol/L 分别下降至3.77、4.00μmol/L;结扎120 min 后乳酸由缺血组的13.58 mol/ml 分别下降至9.44、8.75 mol/ml;结扎30min 后LDH 活性由缺血组的502.1 U/ml 分别下降至221.4、311.0 U/ml),与对照组和地奥组无显著差异。结论:复方血栓通胶囊对实验性犬缺血心肌具有保护作用。
