高血压脑出血手术与疗效分析

Analysis of Operation and Curative Effect for Hypertensive Brain Hemorrhage

目的 探讨高血压脑出血手术治疗的效果。方法 对 4 6例行超早期或早期手术 ,良好的手术操作技巧 ,正确选择手术病例 ,调控血压 ,术后防止消化道出血、肺部感染 ,降血糖 ,亚低温等综合治疗。结果 4 6例死亡 7例 ,存活功能恢复按ADL日常生活能力评定 ,Ⅰ级 14例 ,Ⅱ级 12例 ,Ⅲ级 7例 ,Ⅳ级 4例 ,Ⅴ级 2例。结论 掌握好高血压脑出血的手术适应症 ,时机 。

Objective To evaluate the effect of operative treatment of hypertensive brain hemorrhage.Methods 46 cases wer operated on ultra-early or early with perfect operating skills.It is also important to select cases properly and use a series of comprehensive treatment after surgical operation,such as controlling blood pressure,preventing alimentary canal hemorrhge,pulmonary infection,reducing blood sugar and hypothermia mild.Results 7 out of 46 patients died.The evaluation of recovery of survival function depe...
