摘要
目的:研究膝关节滑膜病变的MRI表现,探讨其MRI诊断的价值。材料与方法:分析46例经关节镜及病理证实的膝关节滑膜病变的MRI表现。全部病例均行常规MRI检查,其中5例行MRI增强。结果:MRI可显示增厚的滑膜及关节积液程度,对病变的诊断有所帮助;滑膜软骨瘤病和色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎等少数滑膜病变的MR信号具有特征性。结论:MRI能清晰显示滑膜病变的范围和关节腔积液的程度,对膝关节滑膜病变的诊断有价值。
