超选择子宫动脉栓塞治疗症状性子宫肌瘤的临床研究

Ultra-selective artery embolization for uterine myoma

目的:研究超选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:采用Seldinger法穿刺并超选择双侧子宫动脉PVA颗粒加明胶海绵栓塞治疗18例子宫肌瘤患者。结果:经双侧子宫动脉栓塞后6个月随访结果表明月经周期和经量恢复正常,疼痛和贫血等明显改善,肌瘤和子宫体积明显缩小。结论:超选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤是一种创伤小、临床和社会效果好、安全、有效的新方法。

Objective: To investigate the clinical outcome of ultra-selective artery embolization for treatment of uterine myoma.Methods:Seldinger s puncture was applied.Bila teral uterine arteries were ultra-selectively embolized with PVA and gelfoam in 18patients of uterine myoma.Results:The following examination six months af ter the embolization indicated menstruation came back to be normal.Pains and a nemia alleviated,and the volume of myoma and uterus reduced obviously.Concl usion:Ultra-selective artery embolizat...
