彩色多普勒观察输尿管喷尿对输尿管梗阻的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of color Doppler sonographic feature of ureteric jets for obstruction of ureter

目的:探讨输尿管喷尿动力学改变对诊断输尿管梗阻的价值。方法:对照分析33例输尿管梗阻和20例正常人的尿流峰值速度、平均速度、喷尿时间、喷尿间隔时间、喷尿加速时间。结果:梗阻输尿管的喷尿峰值速度、平均速度较健侧及正常人增大,喷尿间隔时间延长,喷尿时间缩短,喷尿加速时间缩短。结论:多普勒超声观察对比输尿管喷尿对输尿管梗阻诊断有重要价值。
