摘要
目的:通过动物实验和临床研究,系统地评估67Ga体内分布,吸收剂量及正常器官分布的临床价值。方法:①动物实验:将40只小鼠分成8组,计算体内各器官67Ga摄取的ID%值。吸收剂量的计算采用我们自行设计的软件,应用的数学模式为D(rk-rh)=Ah·S(rk-rh)。②临床研究:对436例67Ga显像的患者进行回顾性分析,计算各正常器官发生67Ga摄取的百分率。同时分析正常器官67Ga摄取对病灶诊断的影响情况。结果:动物实验显示67Ga在注射后48~72小时,血液内放射性计数已达到最低,图像本地低,是显像比较理想的时机。而此时其他脏器内仍有一定的放射性,如胃肠道、肝脏和骨骼等。临床研究结果表明正常器官67Ga的摄取,对该部位病灶检出有一定的影响。结论:67Ga体内注射后,48~72小时为最佳显像时间;正确认识正常器官67Ga的摄取,对提高诊断的准确性有重要临床价值。
