The Application of Fieldbus in Industry Distillation Device

精馏装置是化工过程中最常用、最重要的操作单元 ,其具有很强的非线性和时变性 ,在生产过程中 ,其工业参数的不稳定性要求控制过程能够对其实现在线分析、在线实时控制。针对精馏装置的这些不稳定以及难以控制的特性 ,该文提出了一种基于基金会现场总线控制系统 ,该控制系统的应用实现了现场精馏装置工业参数的自动稳定、实时监控和在线操作的控制要求。由于其能够运用一些组态软件进行组态 ,使得工厂管控一体化管控网得以实现 ,且工厂管理层和生产层有效结合 。
