食管、胃胸内吻合口瘘是食管癌和贲门癌切除术后最严重的并发症。患者脓胸,肺受压而致呼吸困难,脉搏加快。患者营养难以维持,水、电解质、酸碱平衡发生紊乱,诊断困难,病死率高。早期及时的诊断和治疗是降低并发症及病死率的关键。
