中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的护理

Nursing of DVT treated by combing therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine

68例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者接受中西医结合治疗,观察治疗前后患者的临床表现及患肢周径变化。结果显效16例,有效47例,总有效率94.12％。认为中西医结合治疗及护理下肢深静脉血栓形成是一种安全有效的方法,严密细致的观察病情并采取积极有效的护理措施是减少并发症,提高治愈率的重要保证。

68 cases of DVT treated by combining therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine,change of affected limb girth and clinical manifestation around the treatment is observed. Result: 16 cases areshowed effective, 47 cases are effective, and the total effective rate is 94.12%. We consider that nursing andtherapy of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine are effective and safe to lower limb DVT. Carefulobservation and effective nursing can reduce the complications,and increase the cure rate.
