摘要
了解龋病中的厌氧菌群分布及形成机制,为口腔保健和龋病防治提供依据。选择50例龋病患者标本,采用厌氧培养箱,用抽气换气钯粒催化耗氧法,造成厌氧环境,孵育72~96h观察,并对不同可疑菌落,经耐氧试验后,对专性厌氧菌做生化反应鉴定到种。50例龋病标本经厌氧和需氧培养,阳性率100%。其中纯厌氧菌和纯需氧菌阳性者各占阳性标本的16.0%和8.0%,两者混合阳性占76.0%。共检出各种细菌110株。其中厌氧菌占60.0%,需氧菌占40.0%。龋病是在多种因素影响下,以厌氧菌为优势菌的多菌种混合感染所致。
