水资源的合理配置是确保社会经济可持续发展的根本保障 ,本文对水资源优化配置的主要理论进行了较为深入的分析 ,研究表明可持续发展的水资源优化配置是水资源优化配置的理想模式 。
Optimal allocation of water resources is the guarantee of sustainable development of society. All the principles about optimal allocation of water resources are analyzed, and their advantage and disadvantage are stressed. The sustainable allocation of water resources is also the best one, which is the developing trend.
