摘要
本文从企业可持续发展的角度出发 ,深入分析了影响我国企业获得和保持竞争优势的主要障碍因素 ,即企业技术创新薄弱 ,并从五个方面切入 :理念的偏差 -认为增长的源泉主要是“制度管理创新” ;R&D资金严重匮乏 ,技术创新难以实现 ,在竞争中处于劣势 ;科研成果转化为技术低效和置后性 ;中外企业联盟结构是强产品弱技术型联盟和缺少具有企业家精神的企业家。文章最后给出了一些启示 。
The article deeply analyses the main barrier factors, that is weak technology innovation, which has influence gaining and keeping the competition advantage in China s enterprises.
