摘要 采用AutoCAD和CAXA绘图软件,进行粉末冶金高密度高强度齿轮模具的设计,研究了获得大于7.3 g/cm3的高密度粉末冶金齿轮的工艺特点,通过对复压装模间隙以及复杂型腔形状的精确控制,得到了精密模具的设计和加工的有效工艺途径,使得设计和加工复杂型腔的模具如齿轮模具等变得简单易行,并且对同类模具的设计加工起到较好的指导作用。 A die of high strength and density PM gear was designed by AutoCAD and CAXA drawing software.The process charactersitics of high density PM gear which is more than 7.3 g/cm3 were researched.An efficient process has been obtained for the high precise die designing and machining by accurate control of the repress die s fitting clearance and complicated cavity shape.The process has made it simple to design and machine dies with complicated cavities such as gear dies,and could provide reference for designing an...
