摘要
介绍了进口350MW机组给水系统的设计和运行情况,详细分析了汽动给水泵汽轮机配汽机构和给水调节所存在的问题,进行了给水系统的改造,提高了设备运行的安全性和灵活性,机组启停时,建议锅炉上水方式进行优化,采用汽动给水泵替代电动给水泵控制锅炉上水,提高机组的经济性。
The design and operation of feed-water system of 350 MW import unit are introduced.Some problems on steam distribution mechanism of feed pump turbine and feed-water regulation are analyzed in detail.Through transforming the feed-water system,the operation security and flexibility are improved.Boiler feed mode is proposed to optimize during startup and shutdown period,turbine-driven feed pump instead of motor-driven feed pump is used to control boiler feed-water,the economy of units is improved.
