当前干部道德建设有一个传承与发扬的问题。在"天翻地覆慨而慷"的革命年代,毛泽东等我党第一代领导集体以其杰出的才智和崇高的品德,率领和感召了千百万革命干部,熔铸成干部的理想人格和道德楷模。社会主义现代化建设的今天,如何学习传承第一代领导集体的优秀品质,结合当前抗震救灾的实践,提炼干部职业道德和干部人格修养;用以哺育和武装今天的千百万年轻干部,战胜拜金主义、享乐主义、极端利己主义的挑战和腐化堕落、官僚主义的侵蚀,无疑是十分必要的。
