油管螺纹漏磁检测探头的设计

摘要 根据油管螺纹分离式漏磁检测原理,对螺纹检测探头的设计进行了研究。设计了基于集成霍尔元件差分阵列组合的油管螺纹漏磁检测探头。试验表明,该检测探头能够有效地消除油管螺纹检测过程中的背景磁场信号和螺纹信号,提高了检测信号的信噪比。 Design of inspection probe is the most important part to acquire perfect tubing thread inspection signal.Based on the Separate Magnetic Flux Leakage(SMFL)testing method,design of the tubing thread inspection probe is studied deeply and a new kind of tubing thread inspection probe is designed based on the deferential array combination of integrate Hall component.It is validated that the probe can reduce the influence of the background magnetic field and thread signal and improve the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR...
