无创性机械通气管道系统消毒更换时间的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨在呼吸科病房内,对使用无创性机械通气患者的呼吸机管道、面罩的最佳更换、消毒时间.方法:对呼吸科病房内45例使用无创性机械通气患者的呼吸机管道和面罩在使用前和使用后24h,48h,72h及7d做细菌学检查.结果:使用前呼吸机管道、面罩的菌落数为0.使用后,4组时间段的管道、面罩的各自菌落数比较差异无统计学意义,p>0.05;同一时间段管道和面罩的菌落数比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.01.结论:在呼吸科病房,普通患者使用无创机械通气时,管道、面罩可以每7d更换消毒1次;条件致病菌感染的重症患者,需要每24h更换消毒1次.
