摘要
在210℃、不同载荷下对硬铝合金2A12板状试样进行了单轴拉伸蠕变实验,得到了硬铝的蠕变损伤参数以及断裂时的部位和损伤度。在此基础上建立了硬铝合金2A12板蠕变试样的有限元模型,基于简化的K-R损伤模型,分析了在210℃、恒载荷条件下的试样应变、损伤等随时间的变化规律以及试样蠕变损伤与位置的关系。结果表明,数值模拟与试验结果基本一致,试样中心蠕变曲线都具有稳态阶段和损伤扩展阶段,与单轴试验的应变曲线十分相似。整个试样在离中心大约9~10mm处损伤比较严重,呈现明显局部化特征。
