摘要
随着交流电机调速技术的发展,对逆变器的性能要求也越来越高,但传统的逆变器仍然采用硬开关工作方式,存在着较大的电磁干扰和开关损耗。软开关逆变器可以降低功率开关管开关过程中的电压、电流变化率,从而达到抑制电磁干扰的目的。本文对一种新型的辅助谐振换流极逆变器(Auxiliary Resonant Commutated Pole Inverter,AECPI)进行了理论分析和仿真研究,对该电路结构的优、缺点进行了详细的阐述,分析了对软开关性能产生影响的因素。
