论任弼时对陕甘宁边区经济建设的思考与认识

Ren Bishi's Ponderations on the Economic Constructions In the Shaanxi-Gansn-Ningxia Border Region

任弼时在负责陕甘宁边区经济建设工作期间写了大量文章,对边区经济建设中的理论和实践问题进行了高度总结。本文从战时经济、边区生产和消费的协调性、边区国民经济性质以及边区新的经济关系和经济制度等几个方面阐述他对边区经济建设的若干认识,并对他的经济思想作简单的评价。

The purpose of this paper is to examine in depth Ren Bishi s ponderations over the new-democratic economy in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region. It reviews most of Ren s relative articles and clarifies his several understandings of the wartime economy,the coordination of production and consumption,the character of the border area s economy and the new economic system. Finally,it gives a brief appraisal of Ren s economic thoughts.
