加强私营企业党建工作是新形势下党的基层组织建设的新课题、新领域。近年来,随着私营经济的快速发展,私营企业的党建工作被提上了议事日程,各级党组织对私营企业党建工作进行了积极的探索。由于私营企业的快速发展,党建工作相对跟不上经济发展的步伐。本文根据当前私营企业存在的党组织建立难、党组织发挥作用难等问题和原因,就如何在私营企业建立健全党的组织,怎样发挥私营企业党组织的作用,确保私营经济健康发展等问题,作了一些思考。

It is a completely new problem to strengthen the Party building work in private enterprises. The Party organizations at different levels have made great endeavors in expanding and strengthening the Party building work in the private enterprises in recent years. Because of the fast development of the economy, the work of the Party building in the private enterprises has still much room for further improvement. This article discusses the main problems existing in this area and offers some new ideas.
