故宫藏永乐北藏重刊谈略

About the republtion of the Tripitaka,Northern Yongle Editioncollected in the Palace Museum

清代宫廷藏书中,佛教大藏经的收藏可称宏富,经过历代翻译以至汇集、编次,刊刻完成的汉文、藏文、蒙文、满文大藏经都有收藏,每部大藏经卷帙之广,版片之多,雕版刷印之艰难,是要经过数十年努力而完成的。自宋太祖雕印《开宝》大藏经至清末《频伽》千余年来,各种官私版大藏经不下20余种,至今除清代龙藏版满文大藏经外,不仅原版无存,印本佛经,也成为稀有的文献收藏,难得一见。故宫藏《永乐北藏》

This is a paper written specially for the republication of the Tripitaka,Northern Yongle Edition The author focuses his introduction on the origin of ibis monumental religious work inscribed in the Yongl es reign of the Ming Dynasty and the places found so far from which this book has been handed down.
