Pingyao Old Bar is the brainchild of Mr. Zhang Guotian, a photographer in Shanxi. Intended as an after-work waterhole for those professional and amateur photographers hailing from afar, the Bar has unexpectedly turned out to be their favorite haunt from day one. And it thus became the brightest scenic nightspot in this millennia-old city.
