浅谈肿瘤患者化疗期间静脉输液途径选择与血管保护

目的:探讨县级综合医院对于外科肿瘤患者术后行周期化疗期间血管的保护措施。方法:选择30例肿瘤术后需行多周期化疗的患者,据他们的经济状况和接受能力决定治疗期间所选择输液途径进行观察,分A、B两组,分别采用常规静脉穿刺化疗和静脉留置针置管化疗。结果:两种输液途径穿刺次数及各自药物外渗情况比较,均有明显差异。结论:肿瘤术后患者在综合医院多周期化疗期间应尽早行静脉留置针化疗,可减少反复穿刺给患者造成的痛苦,避免化疗药物外渗发生,能最大限度地保护患者血管,提高肿瘤患者生存质量。
