彩色多普勒超声在急腹症诊断中的应用体会

Applicational Experience of Color Doppler Flow Imaging in Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声(color Doppler flow imaging,CDFI)在急腹症诊断中的应用体会。方法:对257例急腹症患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查,经出院病历随诊证实。结果:胆结石胆囊炎62例,外伤性实质脏器破裂38例,急性胰腺炎15例,急性阑尾炎65例,胃肠穿孔12例,妇产科急腹症65例,超声诊断准确率分别为98.4%、89.5%、93.3%、93.3%、83.3%、96.9%。结论:彩色多普勒超声对急腹症诊断准确率高、检查迅速无痛,可作为急腹症常规检查。

Objective We approach to the usefulness of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in diagnosis of acute abdomen. Methods In this study, 10 patients who presented with acute abdomen underwent CDFI, then compare with clinical record.
