Comparative Analysis of the CT Diagnosis and the X-ray Diagnosis in Spinal Fractures

目的:分析CT诊断和X线诊断在脊柱骨折中的表现。对比分析其表现的相关性,在能减少患者的检查费用和受照剂量的情况下尽量减少不必要的CT检查。方法:分析89例患者的CT和X线检查资料,了解其表现的相关性。结果:89例患者有116个椎体骨折,其中骨折累及椎管35例的42个椎体。结论:所有怀疑有脊柱骨折的患者均应进行X线检查,依据X线检查结果决定是否行CT检查。
