腹腔镜辅助的阴式子宫切除术后并发症的原因分析与护理对策

Reason Analysis of Complications after Laparoscopically Assisited Vaginal Hysterectomy and Nursing Countermeasure

目的:分析腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术后并发症的原因及相应的护理措施。方法:选择2006年10月至2008年2月在我院妇科接受腹腔镜阴式子宫切除手术治疗的患者156例,分析术后并发症的原因并采取相应的护理措施。结果:156例患者手术后发生的并发症经采取相应的治疗与护理措施后均痊愈出院。结论:阴式子宫切除术后的并发症,经过精心的治疗和护理,采取妥当的护理措施能减少其发生,并能够消除其对机体的不良影响。

Objective To discuss the nursing methods of the laparoscopically assisited vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH).Methods Retrospectively analyze the nusing methods of 156 women underwent LAVH from October 2006 to February 2008 in our hospital.Results The patients underwent LAVH recuperated their health quickly.No patient had syndrome because of improper nusing.Conclusion It is important that paramedic do enough postoperative nursing,which ensures operative success and reduces postoperative Complications.
