喘息型支气管炎合并慢性左心功能不全102例临床诊治体会

Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Experiences of Chronic Incomplete Function of Left Heart Merged by Asthmatic Bronchitis

目的:对喘息型支气管炎合并慢性左心功能不全患者的临床诊治进行分析。方法:对102例60岁～80岁老年患者在平喘治疗基础上增加强心、利尿及减少液体输入量。结果:102例患者经及时积极治疗,全部好转。结论:慢性支气管炎合并慢性左心功能不全均表现为"喘息"症状时,临床上有时很难区别,如经细心观察,及时诊治,疗效肯定。
