术后单次丝裂霉素C膀胱灌注治疗腺性膀胱炎疗效分析(附46例报告)

Analysis of efficacy of a single immediate instillation with mitomycin-C postoperation in cystitis glandularis

目的探讨腺性膀胱炎术后预防复发的有效方法,进一步提高腺性膀胱的诊治水平。方法经尿道膀胱镜检及活组织检查确诊46例腺性膀胱炎患者,均行经尿道汽化电切术,术后6h内单次丝裂霉素C 40mg膀胱灌注治疗。结果随访6～78个月,38例治愈,膀胱黏膜逐渐恢复为移行上皮覆盖;8例于术后6～32个月复发,无癌变。结论经尿道膀胱镜检加活组织检查是早期确诊和术后随访复查腺性膀胱炎的最可靠方法,经尿道汽化电切术后6h内单次丝裂霉素C 40mg膀胱灌注能有效预防腺性膀胱炎的复发。
