氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片对老年原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片(海捷亚)对老年原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能的保护作用以及对血糖、血脂、尿酸的影响。方法31例老年原发性高血压患者给予海捷亚治疗4周,剂量50~100mg/d,采用自身对照,测量治疗前后血压、血浆一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET-1)水平、肱动脉血管依赖性舒张功能(FMD)、血脂、血糖及尿酸。结果①肱动脉超声检测:用药后FMD较用药前显著增加,分别为(14.65%±1.87%)和(9.77%±1.42%),其余各项指标用药前后差异无显著性(均为P>0.05)。②血浆NO、ET-1:用药后NO水平较用药前显著增加(56.17±6.21)μmol/L和(48.15±5.21)μmol/L,P<0.01,ET-1水平较用药前显著减少(72.18±11.21)pmol/L和(94.31±10.11)pmol/L。③治疗前后血脂、血糖、尿酸无明显变化。结论氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片可以显著修复和改善老年原发性高血压患者不良的血管内皮功能,对血糖、血脂、尿酸无明显影响。 Objective To evaluate the protective function of LoSartan on Endothelial function in elderly hypertensive patients and the effects of LoSartan on blood fat and blood sugar and uric acid.Methods A total 31EH(elderly hypertension) patients were treated with LoSartan for 4 weeks with the dose range from 50 to 100 mg/d and then compared with themselves before and after treatment by measuring the levels of blood pressure, plasma nitric oxide(NO) and endothelin(ET-1).Vascular Endothelial function was assessed in ...
