运动员动机气氛感与运动自信心来源的相关性研究

The Relationship of Perceived Motional Climate and the Source of Sport Confidence among Athletes

通过文献资料、问卷测量、数理统计等研究方法,根据Vealey的运动自信心来源模型,对229名体育系大学生进行研究。结果显示:1)男女运动员在动机气氛感及自信心来源的不同维度上存在显著差异;2)运动员的动机气氛感与运动自信心来源之间存在显著的相关性。提示:应该创设积极的动机气氛,从而提高运动员的自信心,取得良好的运动表现。
