摘要
针对高校大型贵重仪器设备的利用率不高 ,无法最大限度地发挥其作用 ,获得应有的效益主要问题 ,探讨其最佳的管理体制与运行机制。以利提高大型精密贵重仪器设备投资效益。
Utilization rate of large instrument equipment and installationsis not high the equipment can t get profits it should have gotten, and its use can t be brought into full play. In order to resolve the problems mentioned above, best management system and operation system will be discussed.
