摘要
自1968年发现超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以后,自由基——这一带有未成对电子的分子在人体的疲劳、衰老、生物合成等方面的作用机理不断地被揭示着.如何提高人体内源性的抗氧化酶与抗氧化剂的合成能力以及如何以营养——这一外源性方式提供适宜个人的天然抗氧化剂类为主的保健食品、药品来降低和抵抗体内的有害自由基和维持有益自由基,就成为目前在分子水平研究人体生理和运动生理学的重要课题.
