复方羊角颗粒工艺改进疗效观察

复方羊角颗粒由羊角、白芷、川芎、制川乌4味中药组成.是治疗偏头痛、血管性头痛、紧张性头痛及神经痛的纯中药制剂,具有平肝、镇痛之功效.我厂依据卫生部药品标准[1]生产该药,在生产实践中以中药理论为依据,以降低成本、提高疗效为目的,对原制剂工艺进行了改进,改进后的复方羊角颗粒经庆阳地区人民医院及庆阳地区中医院420例临床疗效观察,有效率达92％,疗效优于改进前原制剂工艺（P<0.05）.
