进气处理装置对发动机性能影响的试验研究

摘要 一种装在发动机进气滤清器内的装置 ,对进气进行过滤处理。发动机采用处理后的进气 ,其综合性能可以得到显著改善。对一台具有 16气门的四缸汽油机上应用结果表明 ,装了该装置后 ,发动机外特性上的燃油比油耗最多可以降低 9% ,同时其废气排放品质也有一定程度改善。对一台轿车进行的实车道路试验也表明具有同样的效果。加装该装置的前后对比 ,在同样的行驶距离、道路工况前提下 ,燃油消耗量减少 2 .94 %。 A type of turbulence generator is fixed at the inside of the filter of engine to treat the intake air sucked in engine cylinder. That the engine uses the intake air can improve its fuel economy. The testing results show that the engine fuel consumption could be decreased by 9% at the most at operating condition with the full open throttle (WOT) and the exhaust emissions also improved, which the test was conducted on an engine with 2.4 L displacement and DOHC. The same effect was achieved on the vehicle road test. Fuel consumption of the vehicle with this generator is decreased by 2.94% compared with the vehicle without the generator at the same running distance and road conditions. This shows that the generator has good potential ability for application for its virtue of improving the fuel economy and reducing the exhaust gas emission of the vehicle.
