摘要 作者运用虚拟技术开发出一个运用计算机进行控制的发动机台架试验系统。该系统是利用图像语言 -LABVIEW编制的 ,能进行速度特性试验 ,负荷特性试验 ,示功图的采集和相关的分析处理 ,还能对发动机的转速和油门进行控制。该系统能实时显示需要的各种数据 ,并能把所需的数据存储在计算机中 ,便于管理。该系统能保证各测量参数和控制参数的精度 ,并通过实际测试对该系统进行了检验 。 The authors have developed a computer based control system in bench test of engine using virtual technique. The system was designed using a graphical programming language-LABVIEW which can be put into use in speed characteristic experiments, load characteristic experiments and acquiring indicator diagram of work. Besides, it can control the speed and throttling of engine. The system can real-time display all kinds of acquired data and save the data into the computer in order to manage them conveniently. The precision and accuracy of all parameters can be ensured. Some diesel engines were tested with the testing system and the results objectively indicated the actual condition of the tested engines.
