摘要 通过阐述国内保险公司建立业绩评价指标体系的必要性,引入平衡记分卡,从财务、顾客、内部业务和学习与成长4个方面,构建以远景和战略为中心的业绩评价体系,并分析各方面之间及每个方面指标之间的因果关系,为国内保险公司绩效管理引入新思路. The author presents the necessity of building performance evaluation system of insurance company in China and introduces the balanced scorecard. Furthermore, the author establishes the performance evaluation system focusing on vision and strategy from the four perspectives of finance, customer, internal business and innovation and learning perspective. Finally, the author analyzes the cause-effect relationship between and in the four perspectives to introduce new thought for performance management of insurance company in China.
