On the Body Language of the Librarians in the Institutions of Higher Learning

在高等院校图书馆,馆员都是教学辅助人员,馆员用自己精当的服务和一言一行来培育人才。较之其他的行业来说,图书馆教师研究揣摸体态行为,形成一套科学的、表达一定意义的、适合高校图书馆氛围的体态语言,并在实践中有意识的去应用它,这将对塑造自身形象和传授文化知识及育人都有着重大的意义。

Librarians in the universities are those who nurture and influence students througuh their own service behavior.Compared with other professionals,librarians ought to bserve and learn from others and thus form a set of scientific and meaningful body language fit for library service.Moreover,they should put what they have learned into practice.All this will be very significant in building up their own image, teaching cultural knowledge and training students.
