论述我国图书馆立法是迫在眉睫、势在必行之势,对其必要性和意义从三个方面进行了阐述.另外,根据我国近几年对图书馆立法的理论研究,就如何尽快加强图书馆立法的程序提出了三个方面的建议。最后,探讨了图书馆法的基本内容。

The legislation library in P.R.C is inevitable, the article analysed its imp ortance and significance from three aspects, Thus according to the theoretical research of the library legislation in recent years, the author made a proposal on how to enforce the legislative procedure of library and took a view on the fundamental content of the library legislation.
