以防汛预案的形式对洞庭湖民主垸蓄洪扒口进行了水力计算和爆破设计 。
The Flood Storage/Channeling Exit in Minzhu Dyke is considered as a proactive exit for water channeling in flood season which will be made open by blasting when needed. The hydraulic stress is calculated and the blasting is designed in case of need. This would provide guidance for anti-flooding and flood storage.
