长江上游广大山区 ,山地灾害频繁 ,主要的山地灾害有泥石流、崩塌、滑坡、水土流失和雪崩等。其开发治理战略重点是 :四个开发 ,四个治理。

In bulk mountain areas of the Upper Yangtze Diver,Mountain hazards are frequent,mainly mountain hazards includs mud-rock flow,landslid,Soid erosion,Snowslide,etc.The Strategy and key point of Exploition and Treatment of the areas are four aspects in Explaition and four aspects in Treatment.
