摘要
文章针对经济发展对人才的需求,探讨了人才资源是现代企业发展的生命之源,提出了大力提高人才素质、讲究实效地组织企业各类人才培养、开发与管理人才资源,应作为企业管理的核心。
The article aims at demand of talents of economic development ,probes into that re-source of talents is vitality fountain of modern enterprise development ,advances to improve making of talents,organizes training of all talents of enterprise practically,open out and control resource of talents,it should be a core of enterprise management.
