摘要
给出了继续教育模式的定义,小学教师继续教育模式的类型、理念和方法,构建了湖南省小学教师继续教育第二周期培训的省、市、县三级模式体系,尤其对县级培训模式进行了深入认真的研究。
This paper gives the definition of continuous education model and analyses the types, criteria and methods of continuous education model for primary school teachers. It also constructs the three -grade model system of province, manicipality and county for the second period of primary school teachers' continuous education in Hunan province, with specific study on the training model of county grade.
