摘要 近年来国内外对辣椒基因组进行了较深入的研究,构建了一些分子连锁图谱,对主要农艺性状进行了分子标记。本文综述近年来在辣椒分子标记方面的研究进展,展示辣椒分子标记辅助育种和抗病基因定位方面的应用前景。 Pepper ( Capsicum spp.) is a abroad planted vegetable. Recently, there are great progresses in genetic engineering of pepper, especially constructing genetic mapping and marking agricultural properties. The article reviews the progresses of molecular markers in Capsicum spp. , and reveals the foreground of molecular marker-assisted breeding and tagging resistance genes.
