血脂康对家兔血脂及脂肪肝形成的影响

Effect of Xue Zhi Kang on the formation of fatty liver in cholesterol-fed rabbits

目的探讨中成药血脂康对高胆固醇饮食家兔血清脂质代谢和脂肪肝形成的影响。方法以高胆固醇饮食建立家兔脂肪肝模型，同时用血脂康进行治疗，动态检测血清脂质含量，实验１２周末进行肝脏的病理组织学观察。结果血脂康能明显降低高胆固醇饮食家兔的血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量，中度降低血清甘油三酯含量（Ｐ＜０．０５），轻度增加血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量（Ｐ＞０．０５）；光镜下血脂康治疗组家兔肝脏脂肪病变明显减轻，肝细胞脂变率明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论血脂康具有调整脂质代谢、抑制高胆固醇饮食所致的家兔脂肪肝形成的作用。

Objective To explore the effect of Xue Zhi Kang (XZhK) on the formation of fatty liver in cholesterol-fed rabbits. Methods XZhK was refined from Chinese traditional medicine Hong on and its main composition is HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor.
