摘要
本文利用动态数字散斑干涉技术对氟利昂—13在临界点附近的气液相变过程进行了实验研究,详细介绍了该实验的装置、原理,并给出了氟利昂—13气液相变过程在临界点附近的数字散斑干涉图象及计算结果。获得了氟利昂—13全场的密度分布及其变化规律,还获得了气液两相界面厚度及其随温度的变化和临界乳光现象。本文的工作为深入研究气液相变过程在临界点附近的微观机理提供了实验手段和条件。
In this paper the experimental researches on gas-liquid phase change process of R13 near its critical temperature by using dynamic digital speckle pattern interferometry are presented. The experimental device, optical arrangement and basic principle are expounded in detail. The digital speckle interferograms of Freon - 13 phase change are processed and calculated.
