摘要
基于电磁感应加热原理的感应热水机组,将排列在通有中频电流的感应线圈内的金属管路加热,使强迫流过管路内的水介质吸收热量,实现电热交换。文中以100kW/2800Hz感应热水机组实验样机采用的电热交换管路为例,对其电-热过程,热-热水加热过程中的影响因素进行了分析,并对3种不同的电热交换管路进行了实验研究与比较,据此,提出感应热水机组电热交换管路设计的基本原则。
This paper analyzes the factors which affect the process of electro-thermal conversion and thermo-hot water heating in the electro-thermal conversion pipes by using 100 kW/2 800 Hz experimental device as a example. Three different forms of conversion pipes are then examined experimentally, and by comparison of each other the guidelines are brought forward which are applicable for the designing of electro-thermal conversion pipes used in inductive hot-water heaters.
