摘要
企业的发展关系到每个员工的切身利益,而企业目标的实现,则是全体员工共同努力的结果.绩效考核作为企业人力资源管理的重要工作之一,不仅有利于整合员工的努力方向,而且也是调动其积极性和创造性的最有效手段.目前企业在绩效考核方面存在着诸多问题,严重影响了其生存和发展.为此,建立一套有效的绩效考核流程以激励员工的工作热情,充分挖掘其潜力,使其保持并提高绩效已成为企业经营管理者的当务之急.
